THE OTHER IZMIR – Photo Exhibition
With its millennia-old history, Izmir is a living sum of the sounds echoing in its streets, the memories accumulated at every corner, and the stories hidden in every stone. However, many of these stories silently await discovery, overshadowed by breathtaking landscapes and off the beaten path. Photographer Emin Araç offers a voice to this silent waiting, a glimpse into this invisibility. Turning his lens beyond the city's usual showcase, Araç invites us to confront the hidden memory of 'The Other Izmir'. The exhibition, which will open on Monday, April 20, 2026, in the historic Akın Passage, can be visited until May 20th.
